Planning and leading test campaigns for leading-edge AV software products
An established and innovative company, this Cambridge-based market-leader creates products that flexibly integrate disparate devices into a unified system for streaming control signals and AV data. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a QA Team Manager to join their team.
As a key employee, you would liaise with product managers, develop testing strategies, project manage test campaigns and be responsible for the personal development of the test team. You will design test frameworks that can provide maximum flexibility whilst retaining usability. As the go-to person for testing, QA, and compliance, you will lead the creation of test plans, keep a constant lookout for automation opportunities, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and take responsibility for ensuring test equipment is maintained.
To thrive in this challenging senior role, you will need a track record of success in similar roles, and a technical background in connectivity software including an understanding of AV and streaming technologies.
Specific required skills and attributes:
• A strong academic background including a degree in a relevant subject such as Computer Science or Electronics, and good supporting A-levels or pre-university exams
