Salary: £55,000 (open to negotiation for the right candidate)

The Role
As Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key part in driving quality standards, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
* Leading quality investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor
* Ensuring compliance with quality systems, standards, and customer requirements
* Working collaboratively with production, engineering, and technical teams
* Supporting supplier quality performance and quality assurance activities
About You
* Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Strong knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, 8D, CAPA, SPC or similar
* Confident working hands‑on and being actively present on the shop floor
* Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage teams
* Passionate about quality, problem‑solving, and improvement
