Your Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, providing information, advice, and support.
* Handle reception duties like managing calls, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
* Ensure safety as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, including building patrols and wellbeing checks.
* Support residents, service users, and the public-whether listening, addressing concerns, or managing complaints.
