In this role, you will deliver operational resilience and business continuity outcomes while leading a team of Resilience Analysts. You will work closely with business partners to develop and implement resilience strategies that address vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operational resilience, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and experience with FCA and PRA regulations.
