They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on a range of high:profile projects for their Billericay studio.

Daily Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Provide technical design services and project management to a range of sectors
* Produce feasibility reports for clients
* Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
* Produce building regulations and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
* Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
* Deliver the technical and co:ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery
Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* BSc within Architectural Technology
* Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
* MCIAT registered or working towards it
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
* Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
* Job running experience
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
