What You Will Do
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll drive business performance and growth within high security MOD accounts. You’ll shape strategies, build relationships, and ensure Esotec remains the partner of choice for integrated security solutions.
How You Will Do It
7. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies, backed by detailed performance analysis and reporting.
8. Relationship Building: Engage with MOD and civilian stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
9. Team Coordination: Guide sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and driving strategic initiatives.
10. Campaign Execution: Lead impactful marketing and sales campaigns, monitoring success and adjusting for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
11. Proven Expertise: Strong track record in sales, ideally within security or critical infrastructure sectors.
12. Industry Knowledge: Experience with UK MoD or related security/policing sectors is highly desirable.
13. Clearance Ready: Ability to attain and maintain SC clearance (DV may be required in future).
14. Strategic Mindset: Skilled in planning, analysis, and long-term business growth.
15. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams.
