There is an opportunity to join our operations team, focusing on the logistics of pre-planning and delivering various exhibitions and events. We are seeking an Operations Assistant for our Twickenham office, who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will work within the Operations Team across multiple Easyfairs exhibitions, both in the UK and overseas, managing exhibitor orders and assisting with exhibitor queries.
This role requires you to work from our Twickenham office 3 days a week, with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week after successful completion of your probationary period.
Skills, experience, and attributes required:
* Ideally 3-6 months work experience in the events sector or a similar customer-facing role
* High standards of communication via email and over the phone
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and manage exhibitor stand orders, assisting exhibitors with pre-show orders to achieve revenue targets
* Serve as the point of contact for exhibitor and stand queries
* Liaise with exhibitors to ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the show
* Support and manage exhibitor manuals
* Conduct regular floorplan and exhibitor list audits
* Provide administrative support and collate forms
* Assist the operations team pre-show and onsite during event seasons, primarily in the UK with potential overseas show involvement
