About you: Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CCAB) with current membership Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a management role Proven experience working within resource-limited or not-for-profit settings Strong IT proficiency, especially with financial systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting abilities Commercial acumen with the capacity to interpret key financial drivers Effective communicator able to present complex data to non-financial audiences Motivational leader capable of coaching and inspiring team members Problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset Organised, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities What you'll do: Lead and develop the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial services Oversee monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance Support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and scenario planning Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Maintain robust financial controls, systems, and checks to ensure operational excellence Actively manage investments and cash flow to optimise financial returns Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors Lead the external audit process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Provide strategic input on major projects, highlighting financial impacts and risks Uphold the organisation's governance standards, risk management, and internal policies For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Robbie Lemon at our office for a confidential chat today.
