We are seeking enthusiastic SEN/SEND tutors who are ready to engage with at-risk and vulnerable learners. If you’re a qualified teacher eager to provide 1:1 tutoring in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer Our SEN/SEND Tutors:

* A dedicated SEN/SEND Support Team to ensure your success and the success of the young people you support.

* Join our vibrant tutor community to share best practices, resources, and tips.

* Be part of a child-centered organization committed to making a positive impact on vulnerable young lives.

Your Role as a SEN/SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.

* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.

* Deliver flexible and holistic tutoring that is trauma-informed and tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute each tutoring session to meet the unique needs of your students.

* Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and emotional growth.

* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.

What We’re Looking For:

* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.

* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.

* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.

* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost).

* Two professional references.

* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

Note: It is essential to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and follow safeguarding policies at all times.

Employment Details:

* This position is as a Worker, providing short-term engagements as they arise.

* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.

* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage.

* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.

* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
