Aspire People is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team from November 2025. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their career in a supportive and welcoming environment.
About the Role:
You will take responsibility for a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and preference.
Your key duties will include:
* Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child makes progress
* Monitoring pupil attainment and adapting teaching strategies to support varied learning styles
* Upholding safeguarding, behaviour, and health and safety policies at all times

The ideal candidate will be:
* A qualified teacher with QTS and experience teaching in primary settings (KS1 or KS2)
* Passionate about delivering creative and high-quality learning experiences
* A reflective practitioner who welcomes feedback and strives for continual improvement
* Positive, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* Confident in classroom management and supporting diverse learning needs
* Open to collaboration and dedicated to pupil progress and wellbeing
