Join Our Team as a Facilities Coordinator!
Are you an experienced Facilities professional with a passion for operational excellence and compliance? We’re excited to invite a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic London Property Management team at Chelsea Creek, SW6 2FS.
Working Hours
Rota: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Support the Facilities Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
* Manage the Facilities inbox, responding to customer queries and reactive issues.
* Coordinate air conditioning inspections and repairs with residents.
* Conduct regular site inspections and record utility meter readings.
* Report on health, safety, and facilities-related matters.
* Oversee Permit to Work (PTW) processes and review RAMS for planned works.
* Monitor contractor attendance to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations.
* Upload fire safety documentation to the London Fire Brigade (LFB) portal.
* Liaise with contractors to schedule and oversee works, ensuring M&E systems remain compliant.
* Maintain knowledge of on-site M&E systems (e.g., HVAC) to assess quotes and ensure value for money.
* Take ownership of compliance tasks to meet statutory and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who possess:
* Experience in Facilities Operations and FM.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of fire alarm and life safety systems.
* Understanding of fire safety regulations (RRO 2005, Building Safety Act 2022).
* Familiarity with M&E systems such as AC, HIU, and MVHR units.
* An organized, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* The ability to build strong relationships with contractors and clients.
* Relevant FM certifications are a plus.
