Overview
A typical day as a Pharmacist involves dispensing, delivering services, and providing leadership to the team while delivering excellent service to all patients. You will conduct contractual and enhanced services while following company SOPs and GPhC guidelines and standards. You will report to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the delivery of agreed KRAs, review performance, and engage with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement. With access to in-store, regional and head office teams you are supported in all aspects of your role, whether clinical or service-based. Regular feedback and business updates are provided, with opportunities to gain further accreditations for additional services funded by Asda.
