Customer Service Advisor

Pay and Duration:
Initial 6 months contract
Note: After training, 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office. The first 2 weeks are office-based for mandatory training. Hybrid working will be discussed post-training.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handling customer calls with strong active listening skills
* Providing excellent customer service and adapting to different customer personalities
* Effective communication and negotiation, including email writing with proper English grammar
* Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and paying attention to detail
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Cofico/SAP
* Working comfortably with targets and under pressure
* Patience, stress management, and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in a Contact Centre environment is preferred but not essential
* Working independently and taking ownership of issues to resolve them timely
* Self-motivated and focused on personal and team objectives
* Relevant administrative experience
