You’ll be part of a dynamic, multinational team within WRS, supporting recruitment across the Offshore Marine sector.
You will:
* Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for offshore and marine roles
* Conduct qualification calls and assess candidate suitability
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients
* Learn client relationship management and understand recruitment needs
* Use recruitment systems and databases to manage candidate pipelines
* Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights within the Offshore Marine industry
