Want to join Aldis National IT Team? Were looking for a National IT Assistant t o provide on-site, end user support to the Managing Directors and National Board Members. Your New Role Deliver VIP-level IT support specialising in iPad and iPhone devices for senior management. Support senior leadership onsite 5 days a week, including facilitating meetings and ensuring immediate IT assistance. Optimise workflows for video conferencing and presentation tools. Train and share best practices on iOS device support/troubleshooting. Provide technical, organizational, and administrative support to the NIT department and Directors. Prepare presentations and training materials for senior leadership. Manage IT assets, including orders, repairs, and warranty claims. Ensure compliance with ALDI security policies. Coordinate with external service providers, auditors, and relevant bodies. Adhere to ALDI GB & IE Code of Conduct. About You Essential: Proven experience providing high-quality IT support in corporate settings. Expertise supporting senior management and resolving VIP IT issues rapidly. Advanced knowledge of iOS devices and software; proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365. Helpdesk experience and flexibility to handle urgent issues outside office hours. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Full valid UK driving licence. Desirable: Experience with business software, cybersecurity awareness, Microsoft Teams Meeting Room, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
