The role plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s contentious teams, working with large corporates across multiple sectors, including some of the largest employers on market-defining cases. The CMS Disputes team offers exceptional scale and market recognition, with leading rankings, a deep global bench and a consistent record in the UK’s most significant cases, making it a high performing and ambitious environment. About the role In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of areas including: Pitching: Construct compelling proposals to secure new business. Campaigns: Lead and support on the creation and execution of business development campaigns. Events: organise and support seminars, webinars, and client events including monitoring and reporting on return on investment. Client and sector targeting: Assist in targeting potential clients and developing existing client relationships through key account management. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. BD infrastructure: Maintain and work with BD infrastructure including standard pitch content, credentials database and CRM systems. Directory and award submissions: Guide and support the preparation of submissions.
