This role involves supporting learners aged 14–25, helping them access tailored academic and vocational pathways that promote independence, confidence, and progression.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience supporting autism and behaviour needs
• Valid Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Previous experience working with learners with SEND
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners aged 14–25
• Assist with personalised academic and vocational learning activities
• Support the delivery of individual learning and support plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
