This is an exciting new role for a Senior Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Commercial.
The role holder will be the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), focusing on core gas and electricity products for SME and Major Business segments, including complex flexible offerings and ancillary products such as energy efficiency, solar, and EV.
Become the expert on our product range and delivery methods within TotalEnergies Gas & Power. Responsibilities include managing a coherent product roadmap, gaining stakeholder buy-in, identifying new products and improvements, and playing a key role in product launches and relaunches.
The role involves owning the product roadmap, developing business cases, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing product launches, and ensuring engaging, fit-for-purpose collateral and training materials.
Build and maintain relationships across the business, including Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Change, to gather feedback and support new product initiatives.

Contract type: 18 Months
Working Pattern: 3 days a week at (KT20 6RP)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and develop the product roadmap, collaborating with Pricing, Sales, and Servicing teams.
2. Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and gaps, focusing on gas & electricity products and ancillary offerings.
3. Analyze competitor offerings to identify gaps and strengths.
4. Identify necessary or desirable changes, develop new product variants, and manage related contractual paperwork.
5. Develop business cases and work with Business Improvement, Pricing, and IT for implementation.
6. Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing to measure success.
7. Review and improve current product literature with the marketing team.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert on product contracting processes and general conditions.
9. Support sales with product recommendations and bespoke changes, managing supporting documentation.

Office Details:
Located at Kingswood Field office, KT20 6RP, Tadworth, in a scenic Surrey setting with trail walks, an onsite restaurant, café, and gym. Facilities include a staff car park with electric charging, a secure bike rack, and a shuttle bus service.
