Join our team at Exertis UK as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll be closely linked to the customer service team carrying out day to day responsibilities but also be responsible for all reporting for the team.
As part of the team, you’ll:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
•Provide advice, guidance and assistance to customers and stakeholders.
•Complete all customer service based administrative tasks.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reporting, run SAP reports
• Leverage training and mentorship opportunities in house with regular management supervisions and guidance from our L&D team in order to grow your knowledge and expertise and progress in your career.

What We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
•Interest or experience in PowerBI is preferable
•Experience in a customer service, office based background
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Selection Process:
