We are seeking a committed and compassionate professional to join our school community in a blended role supporting safeguarding and student attendance. Working closely with the Operational Safeguarding Lead and Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring students are safe, supported, and engaged in education.
Responsibilities
* Respond to safeguarding concerns and contribute to multi‑agency work.
* Support Early Help processes and improve attendance and punctuality through data analysis, family engagement, home visits, and partnership with external agencies.
* Prepare reports, maintain accurate records using CPOMS and ARBOR, and provide practical support to staff, students, and families.

* Highly organised and able to work confidently with families and professionals.
* Committed to safeguarding and child protection.
* Strong resilience and emotional intelligence, capable of building positive, professional relationships with young people.
