Overview

This role will allow you to work with the PE department, act as a form tutor and support a range of subjects within a well regarded school. Your background in sports and coaching will be key in providing positive, structured support and helping to manage behaviour in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

- A Sports Graduate with experience in coaching or working with children, particularly those who display challenging behaviour.
- A bachelor's degree from a top 20 UK university.
- Confidence in managing behaviour and motivating young boys, with a genuine passion for being a role model.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with staff and independently support students.
- Experience in a school setting or with child‑centred activities is essential.
