Coach and support managers on recruitment, performance and HR best practice. Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate records. Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction activities. Partner with managers on organisational design and succession planning. Deliver training, workshops and initiatives to build capability. Support change management and embed new ways of working.
