HR Advisor (FTC) - Shropshire - £35000 p.a plus Car Allowance & Bonus A UK wide business are actively seeking to hire HR Advisor for a 1 year FTC, you will also be required to cover some other offices within the West / East Midlands regions. Working in a high volume, fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing a quality HR service to the business which will include; Employee Relations Dealing with HR queries and advising line managers on HR legislation / policy HR data Attending grievance / disciplinary meetings Employee mediation Support on new HR initiatives Attend resourcing exhibitions The successful candidate will; Have a thorough understand of current HR legislation Ideally CIPD qualified Be happy to travel to other Midlands sites for HR meetings when required Experience in dealing with Employee Relations / grievances Strong IT skills.
