Helpus craft beautiful, high-quality yachts
We’relooking for hands-on people who enjoy building, fitting, and working with avariety of materials. You don’t need previous boatbuilding experience – ifyou’ve worked in a practical trade or enjoy making things, we can teach you therest.
Whatyou’ll be doing
* Buildingand fitting parts across our range of boats
* Working on both interiorfeatures (like furniture and panels) and exterior fittings
* Installing hardware suchas windows, hatches, and deck fittings
* Using tools andmaterials like wood, fibreglass, and composites
* Working from drawingsand instructions to create high-quality finishes
* Checking your work tomake sure everything fits and looks right
Whatwe’re looking for
Youmight be a great fit if you have experience in:
* Carpentry,joinery, shopfitting, construction, or similar trades
* Using hand and powertools
* Building or assemblingcomponents with care and accuracy
We’reespecially keen to hear from people who:
* Enjoypractical, hands-on work
* Can work at a steadypace and meet deadlines
* Like working as part ofa team
* Are willing to learn newskills
Bonus(but not essential)
* Experiencewith fibreglass, composites, or upholstery
* Ability to readtechnical drawings
* Previous experience inboatbuilding or similar industries
