This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across premium commercial office spaces in Vauxhall, Richmond, Twickenham
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.✅ Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds Qualifcations in Plumbing or Mechanical
Full UK driving licence.
Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls
Mechanical bias, with basic electrical
Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.💼 What’s on Offer:
