* Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
* Assist with daily living activities such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
* Monitor and record changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
* Follow individual care plans and report concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
* Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality policies.
May include shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work may take place in clients' homes, residential care homes, or supported living environments.
