Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Advisor to join Envevo on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing role, supporting a broad range of marketing activities while contributing fresh ideas and creativity to the team. In this role, you will assist with researching marketing trends, analysing data, and supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be involved in social media management, branding, promotional activities, and helping to select appropriate media outlets to maximise exposure. Strong organisation and communication skills will be essential, as you will also support the coordination of company exhibitions, assist with event logistics, and help prepare marketing materials to support business objectives Job Requirements Essential: BSc/BA in marketing, communications, business or relevant field Knowledge of data analysis and market research In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM) Ability to think strategically and analytically Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Outstanding organisational abilities Aptitude in problem-solving Desirable: Proven experience in marketing or similar role Apt in writing proposals and reports Job Responsibilities Study company profile, market research and operations to understand marketing needs, industry trends and commercial opportunities Updating of Envevo Group websites, google ads etc. Lead LinkedIn campaigns and social media updates Prepare customer update letters, HTML emails and case studies Update all marketing materials Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans to advise on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues Assists Business Development Team and Directors in establishing focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools for each product or service Creates detailed reports with research findings and analysis to inform marketing strategies Provides written documents and verbal presentations for each client to guide the creation of new marketing plans and strategies Recommends specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to achieve the client's desired sales goals Tracks sales and feedback and adjusts marketing strategies as necessary Job Benefits Salary of £27,520 Hybrid & Flexible Working 35 days annual leave (inclusive of company shutdown days) Travel subsistence provided Company performance bonus BUPA Healthcare (after 6 months) Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (8% total) Salary Sacrifice Holiday Purchase Scheme (up to 5 days) 4pm finish on Friday's Bellshill Onsite Gym (free usage) Additional benefits platform for you to select a wide range of discounted benefits and services Long Service Awards
