Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
Support delivery of rail projects in line with agreed programmes and contractual requirements
Assist with management of existing support contracts, minor project works and repairs
Prepare monthly project reports, phase reviews, forecasts and budgets
Track project costs to maintain bid margins and financial performance
Produce project cashflow forecasts and support cash collection
Ensure all QHSE documentation is completed, approved and compliant
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and support system development Assistant Project Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Understanding of project management techniques
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Proactive, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
