Test Manager | Contract | Hybrid | Northampton, UK
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential for extension). This is a hybrid role – office days in Northampton to be confirmed.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Drive automation testing initiatives and develop robust automated test scripts.
* Work with mainframe applications and modern testing frameworks.
* Utilize Java and Selenium for test automation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and manage test teams effectively.
What We’re Looking For
* Total Experience: 10+ years
* Hands-On Technical Experience: 6–7 years in relevant testing technologies
* Proven expertise in automation testing, mainframe, Java, Selenium, and project management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
