We want you to grow, succeed and become a permanent team member.\n â¢\tCompiling and issuing Daily Garage Reports to the appropriate mailing lists. Information from these reports will come from downloading driver tachographs on a daily basis via DAS (internal drivers system) and issue weekly tachograph compliance reports to garages.\nâ¢\tYou will become an expert key user in various systems such as TTC Contnuum (Fleet & Driver Management Software). You will check potential driversâ licenses on this software.\nâ¢\tUsing a back-end ticketing system, Flowbird, you will gather data to run reports to deliver to the relevant garages.\nâ¢\tOn the systems stated above, you will update driver details including new starters and leavers.\nâ¢\tLiaising with other garages via MS Outlook when sending reports and when issuing weekly drug and alcohol call lists.
