Job Purpose To assist commercial management of Kemada projects. Additional resource required due to forecast increase in workload in the coming months. Job Responsibilities Taking ownership of a number of projects from tender handover to final account Monitor and cost efficiency within the operations teams Cashflow & sales forecasting Monthly payment applications Cost/value reporting Assess and raise required sub-contract certificates as required Budget management including procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of contract documents Review and negotiate contract/sub-contract T&C’s Attendance at both internal and external meetings Promotes safe working practices within commercial function Liaison with other departments and carrying out other duties as required.
