GigGear is a retailer of musical instruments and accessories based Harlow, Essex.
We are seeking a highly motivated person to work as sales support across our online channels and retail channels.
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be highly confident in dealing with customers face to face and over the phone as well as via email and online.
Key role responsibilities include
* Listing products and their upkeep across multiple online sales channels (In-house systems/Web/eBay/Amazon)
* updating stock feed information
* Assisting our mail order team shipping orders and supporting customers
* Handling goods in
* Using complex computer systems
* Advising customers instore on a varied product range ensuring excellent customer service
* Assisting / covering retail shop floor
* Checking deliveries and maintaining accurate stock control
* Work to company policies and working methods, in particular, proper use of company computer systems
* Striving to exceed company targets
In order to succeed in this role
* be a people person with excellent verbal and computer communication skills
* have a good level of understanding of the internet, computer systems and online commerce
* be friendly and personable
* be highly organised and self motivated
* have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
* be familiar with computer systems such as email and spreadsheets as well as possessing strong Internet and social media skills.
* experience in a specialist musical instrument or other specialist retail environment is desirable
* be passionate about and willing to learn about any type of musical instrument

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
