Rockfish is opening in Sidmouth!
An amazing opportunity has
arisen for a General Manager to lead the opening team at our beautiful
new Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Sidmouth.
Training starts now, in advance of the new opening, hosted at one our other
Rockfish restaurants – therefore own travel is essential.
Rockfish, led by Mitch Tonks, founder and CEO, is a unique
seafood business that catches, processes and serves local seafood at 11 restaurants
(soon to be more) across Devon and Dorset. Mitch is one of the leading and most

As a General Manager, you will:

Have demonstrable experience at Assistant
Manager or General Manager level
·
Love people, great seafood, and the coast as
