Description
You will be working within our Maintenance team supporting with tasks such as invoicing, maintaining company documentation and other administrations tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain stock records and ensure stock levels are monitored
* Book third-party repair and maintenance works
* Obtain quotes and pricing from suppliers
* Track and manage jobs from initial booking through to completion
* Support the fleet and maintenance team with general administrative duties
* Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation throughout
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet or maintenance
* Strong organisational skills and time management
* High levels of accuracy and data inputting
* Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
* Confident handling documents, prices, and third-party coordination
* Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
