Implementation and Support Analyst at Pembrokeshire County Council
Salary: Grade 8 – £36,363 – £40,777
Hours: 37 per week

About the Role
As an Implementation and Support Analyst, you will lead the rollout and support of ICT applications across the Authority. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle – from gathering requirements and configuring systems to data migration, training, and ongoing support. Working closely with service areas, you will help streamline processes and ensure applications are used to their full potential.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone with:
• A degree in an IT related subject
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Technical expertise in SQL Server and SSRS, and project management
• Welsh language skills are desirable
