Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for an Online Marketing Manager. The role is responsible for driving scalable and profitable growth across all paid digital channels, leading the performance marketing strategy and optimisation through a strong data‑driven approach.
The company we are partnering with is a multi‑channel B2C consumer business with continued growth and new openings.
Duties & Responsibilities for this Online Marketing Manager role:
* Lead the management and optimisation of key digital acquisition channels including PPC, paid social, affiliates, display, and app marketing.
* Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring effective bid strategies and maximum ROI.
* Develop performance forecasts and monitor delivery against KPIs through regular reporting and analysis.
* Manage external agency relationships, ensuring strong delivery, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee SEO activity alongside agency partners, while supporting email and SMS initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, loyalty, and trading teams to align digital activity with wider commercial objectives.
* Deliver digital enhancement projects and support brand‑led campaigns to improve overall online effectiveness.
To be successful in this Online Marketing Manager role:
* Must have experience within Paid Media, PPC, Performance Marketing, or Digital/Online Marketing at either Specialist or Management level.
* Experience operating at a Senior or Management level within a digital marketing environment.
* Strong understanding of attribution modelling, campaign measurement, and performance analytics.
* Proven track record of managing and improving agency performance across digital marketing channels.
* Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to enhance customer acquisition performance.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo, alongside CMS platforms including WordPress.
* Working knowledge of HTML.
* Previous experience within a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role, with a proven track record of driving high‑volume, profitable revenue growth, ideally within retail, hospitality, leisure, or eCommerce sectors.
