The Role Plan and deliver a bespoke curriculum for small classes (typically 5-8 students) with varying academic abilities. Manage complex behaviours using de-escalation techniques and a nurturing, calm approach. Foster a safe learning environment where students feel supported to overcome barriers to learning. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and experienced TAs, to implement EHCP targets.
