We are looking for people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. We are seeking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Driver to join the team at Hollybank. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and be able to work on your own initiative. Above all else, we want someone who shares our values.

Main Responsibilities
* Driving – To provide a safe and efficient driving service to ensure that service users are transported in comfort as and when required.
* Service Users and Staff Support – To support staff in caring for service users during journeys and off-site visits to ensure the welfare of all service users.
* General responsibilities may include other duties as required and broadly consistent with the post.
Other responsibilities and expectations
* To maintain awareness of best practices and share ideas to improve organisational performance.
* To participate in supervision, personal development and ongoing training, and identify training needs to support future skills requirements of the Trust.
* To act as a professional and positive ambassador for Hollybank and support the Trust's mission.
* To promote the Trust's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Disability Awareness and Data Protection policies.
* To maintain cleanliness and sanitation in line with infection control procedures.
* To assist in risk management strategies to safeguard the interests of the Trust.
* To adhere to Safeguarding procedures to protect the safety of all children, young people and adults.
* To uphold data protection and information governance policies and protect privacy.
* To carry out other duties as reasonably required to meet evolving needs of the organisation.
