Overview
Job Title: Referral Coordinator | Contract Type: Permanent | Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week | Salary: £25,062.63 per annum
Based in our Elland office, you will work within the Referral Hub to safely match Looked After Children to our pool of dedicated foster carers. This is a busy, customer-facing role where you should be able to multi-task, make decisions, and take ownership of tasks. You should be assertive, show initiative, and excel in building positive working relationships, with strong communication skills. The role requires delivering excellent customer service under timely pressures with colleagues, Foster Carers, and Local Authorities.
Ideally you will have experience or understanding of Looked After Children and Local Authority structures and needs, particularly in services for children and young people, though this is not essential. You will need to be self-motivated and dynamic to work efficiently and creatively both alone and as part of a team, and remain calm under pressure.
If you really want to make your mark in a rapidly growing business committed to improving the lives of children and young people, this is the role for you.
