What Youll Do
* Deliver planning input on a wide range of infrastructure and development projects
* Collaborate with experts across environmental, engineering, and design disciplines
* Support tender and bid preparation
* Produce high:quality reports and planning submissions
* Help mentor and support junior team members
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What Were Looking For
* A degree in Town Planning or a related subject
* Around 2+ years of planning experience
* Working towards or holding RTPI membership (desirable)
* Clear understanding of UK planning legislation (e.g. TCPA, DCO, EIA)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a proactive, team:focused approach
