You are responsible for delivering technology projects that achieve measurable business outcomes, improve operational efficiency and support high‑quality services. This includes ensuring IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget while effectively managing stakeholders, risks and organisational change.
Your primary functions will be:
1. Develop, lead, and maintain end‑to‑end project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and milestones, to ensure successful and timely delivery of IT initiatives.
2. Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes.
3. Create, maintain, and continuously update detailed project documentation, clearly outlining tasks, dependencies, timelines, resource allocation, progress, and status across all project phases.
4. Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with project objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Provide regular project reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress updates, risks, issues, and recommendations.
Skills & Experience
7. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
8. Demonstrated experience working with diverse technologies and platforms in a project delivery environment. These include but are not limited to: Azure, AWS, SalesForce, Dynamics, MS, Co-located services, et al.
9. Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
10. Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning in a dynamic IT environment.
11. Highly collaborative, with proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross‑functional team.
12. Friendly, confident, and effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non‑technical information to diverse audiences.
13. Experience within the aged care (or Health Care) sector is desirable, particularly in environments subject to regulatory, compliance, and data‑privacy requirements.
