Teeny Haven Nursery is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. If you’re committed to giving children the best possible start in life and thrive in a nurturing, play-based environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Term time only, 20-30 hours per week.
Would consider level 2's, if happy to work towards the level 3.
About the Role
You will:
* Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Observe, assess, and record children’s development
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
* A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
