Panoramic Associates are seeking an exceptional Interim Headteacher to lead a primary school in Devon for a one year contract from September 2026 to September 2027.
This is a unique opportunity for a strong and experienced leader to make a significant impact within a school that is on a clear improvement journey. The school are looking for a leader with a proven track record of school improvement, who can drive rapid and sustainable change.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of successful school leadership and improvement
Be able to quickly establish high expectations and strong standards
Demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop staff teams
Be committed to improving outcomes for all pupils
Bring energy, clarity and strategic direction to the school community
