Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker
* Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:
* PEG Feeding and management.
* Tracheostomy Care.
* Ventilator and BiPAP Management.
* Spinal Injury Support.
* Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
* Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.
* Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
* Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.
Essential Requirements for this Care Job
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).
* Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.
* Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications
* NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
* Current First Aid training.
