Partnerships Executive – Business Development This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative health and wellness brand. With two premium brands in the market and a new exciting food tech launch, they are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join their Business Development team. Salary £26,000- £28,000 with uncapped commission (£1-2k per month typically) EMI share option scheme. 25 days holiday bank holidays. Hybrid working International remote work option (up to 3 weeks per year). iPhone and MacBook provided. PureGym & subsidised ClassPass memberships. Monthly team learning sessions and skill development courses. Cash bonus for completing 50 workouts in a quarter. 1 charity day per year. A sports wearable budget. The Partnerships Executive will play a vital role in driving brand presence and increasing sales by engaging with key stakeholders such as gym owners, personal trainers, sports coaches, doctors, nutritionists, and corporate clients. This hybrid role offers the chance to work from the office in Fulham while managing a flexible schedule. The individual will represent the brand at events, participate in workouts, and be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships across London. The Role Brand Presence & Relationship Building: Increase brand presence by attending workouts, meetings, and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including gym owners, personal trainers, doctors, nutritionists, and corporate clients across London. Account Management: Actively manage high-profile accounts, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction. Nurture relationships with top clients like Soho House, Gymbox, Goldman Sachs, and Peloton. Strategic Contribution: Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimise strategies, enhance performance, and contribute to measurable results. Community Engagement: Participate in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and brand experiences that enhance community engagement and elevate the brand’s visibility. Schedule Autonomy & Reporting: Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule while providing regular updates and progress reports to the Business Development Manager. Ensure maximum profitability of the studios. The Person Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine and lasting relationships. Proven ability in strategic prospecting and handling objections. A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and highly organised with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness. Previous experience in sales or retail is essential; knowledge of nutrition is a bonus.
