Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of primary and secondary schools in the Bridport area who are looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in the classroom across a range of subjects and abilities
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
* Help to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment

* A genuine passion for working with children and young people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in a school or care environment (desirable but not essential)
* A proactive and flexible attitude
