Were recruiting an experienced Solutions Architect for a long-term Outside IR35 contract supporting a high-profile public sector healthcare transformation programme in Jersey.
This is a delivery-focused architecture role offering real autonomy, clear scope, and the opportunity to shape end-to-end solutions within a regulated, high-impact environment.
Relocation to Jersey is required
What Youll Be Doing Owning end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integration, data, and infrastructure
Translating enterprise architecture into practical, deliverable solution designs
Working closely with delivery teams across Agile and Waterfall programmes
Producing clear, high-quality architecture and design documentation
Ensuring solutions meet security, regulatory, and data protection requirements
Engaging with vendors and system integrators to validate technical approaches
Designing and supporting cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure preferred)
Providing hands-on architectural input through build, test, and deployment
What they're looking for in a Solutions Architect: Strong experience as a Solutions Architect on complex programmes
Background in public sector, healthcare, or highly regulated environments
Proven ability to design integrated, enterprise-scale solutions
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure ideal)
Solid knowledge of APIs, middleware, data integration, and modern SDLC
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
Nice to Have Experience with healthcare systems or large public sector platforms
Microsoft ecosystem experience (Azure, Dynamics, Azure DevOps)
Consultancy or advisory background
Exposure to architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
