What You'll Do
* Identify and onboard permanent care packages
* Build relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Ensure packages meet quality and compliance standards
* Track and grow weekly care hours across your portfolio
* Collaborate with our leadership team to shape future strategy
What You'll Earn
* Base Salary: £25,000 pro rata (flexible hours)
* Package Bonus: bonus for every permanent care package secured (minimum 4 weeks duration)
* Milestone Bonuses: ranging from £500 to £10,000 for each milestone
Maximum Earnings Potential:
If all targets are hit and sustained, total annual earnings could exceed £60,000
(£25,000 base + £12,000 in hourly bonuses + £23,000 in milestone bonuses)
Future Progression
If successful, this role may evolve into a Regional Development Lead, with:
