Key Responsibilities
* Attend and contribute to regular shutdown planning meetings
* Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders
* Raise and manage work orders using the TriRiga CAFM system
* Schedule internal teams and external contractors for required tasks
* Collate and submit RAMS to the Compliance Monitoring Officer
* Coordinate materials and manage goods receipt to avoid delays
* Oversee the full shutdown process to ensure seamless execution
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Strong background in hard FM or service & maintenance coordination
* Hands-on experience managing work orders and POs
* Skilled in contractor booking and coordination processes
* Confident in reviewing WIP, financial documentation, and reporting
* Experience with CAFM or similar FM systems is essential
