Job Description
About the Company
We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping and delivering learning across the firm, with a particular focus on early careers. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who is ready for a stretch opportunity - someone who has built a solid foundation in learning and development and is now looking to deepen their impact, broaden their scope and work in close partnership with senior leadership.
About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Learning and Organisation Development, you will:
* Coordinate and deliver our early careers programmes, including apprenticeships, placements and trainee pathways
* Support the rollout and embedding of firm-wide initiatives such as performance management, manager and leadership development
* Manage L&D projects end-to-end, balancing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Design, curate and deliver high-quality learning solutions, drawing on internal expertise and external providers
* Act as a trusted partner to colleagues and managers, supporting capability and confidence across the firm
While early careers is a core part of the role, this is not a siloed position. You will work collaboratively across learning and organisational development, contributing to initiatives that support long-term performance, growth and culture.
Our Approach
We are committed to widening access and breaking down barriers to careers in law. Inclusive practice is central to how we design and deliver learning, and this role plays an important part in supporting social mobility, fair access and meaningful career pathways.
About You
This role will suit someone who:
* Brings solid experience in learning and development, talent or people development
* Is confident designing and facilitating engaging learning, with the ability to translate business need into practical solutions
* Enjoys owning programmes and projects while continuing to grow their strategic insight
* Is comfortable working in partnership with senior stakeholders, with scope to shape and evolve the role over time
* Values long-term impact and quality over rapid role progression
* Brings a thoughtful, inclusive and pragmatic approach to developing others
You do not need to have done everything before. We are looking for the right mindset, experience and values, with the opportunity to grow into the role over time.
Why Join Us?
* A genuinely collaborative working relationship with the Head of Learning & Organisation Development
* A role with breadth, influence and room to grow
* The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on careers, capability and culture
* Competitive salary and benefits, including flexible benefits and wellbeing support
If you are looking for a role where you can build something, not just move through it, we would love to hear from you.
Equal Opportunity Statement
We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
